Eagle Cement Strongcem

  • Emerging preferred brand of ready-mix concrete plants, concrete product producers and contractors
  • Exceeds the high level of compressive strength required by the Philippine National Standards (PNS 07) and American Society for Testing Materials (AvSTM C150)
